First time making my own perfume
When I started to learn from my aunty how to make my own perfume, its takes me few months to understand the ways to make your own perfume. The most important is to know the basic steps. The three notes. The first notes is the base notes and the smell comes from cedarwoods and sandalwoods where the smell is much stronger and stay very long in your skin. how much you put both ingredents, its depend how strong you want the smell to stay. The middle notes of lemon grass, my favourite smell, the smell is less stronger than the base notes. The top noted the smell of flowers such as orchids, rose and lavender and is much lighter than the three notes.Cook the ingrident with pure water and then add vodka or brandy to it, left to cool down and then left it in a tight bottle for few days. Shake the bottle everydays to get the balance smell. When everythings is finish, smell the make perfume to your liking and if you find the smell is still not that strong, left it again for another few days to get to your liking. Lastly fitter it with coffee cloth fitter into a nice perfume bottle. Stay away from heat and hot sun.
